Serves: 1 person
- Rolled oats/instant porridge – 40g (5tbsp)
- Water/Milk – 200ml (1 cup)
- Yogurt – 70g (3 tbsp)
- Baobab Powder – 10g (1tbsp)
- Milled Flax or Chia Seeds – 5g (1tsp)
- Choice: Honey, Agave syrup, coconut nectar
- Chose Toppings: e.g. strawberries, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, chocolate
- Mix oats with water or milk and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the porridge reaches the desired thickness.
- Take away from the stove, stir in seeds, yogurt, sweetener and baobab powder.
- Transfer the porridge into a bowl and serve with a selection of your favourite toppings.
* For a vegan alternative, replace yogurt or milk with soy or coconut alternative
