Serves: 1 person


  • Rolled oats/instant porridge – 40g (5tbsp)
  • Water/Milk – 200ml (1 cup)
  • Yogurt – 70g (3 tbsp)
  • Baobab Powder – 10g (1tbsp)
  • Milled Flax or Chia Seeds – 5g (1tsp)
  • Choice: Honey, Agave syrup, coconut nectar
  • Chose Toppings: e.g. strawberries, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, chocolate


  1. Mix oats with water or milk and bring to boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the porridge reaches the desired thickness.
  3. Take away from the stove, stir in seeds, yogurt, sweetener and baobab powder.
  4. Transfer the porridge into a bowl and serve with a selection of your favourite toppings.

* For a vegan alternative, replace yogurt or milk with soy or coconut alternative
