Overview:

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • Fruit of choice (strawberries, banana, mango, peach) – 100g
  • Greek style yoghurt – 100g
  • Baobab powder – 10g
  • Sweetener of choice ( if not using banana)

 

 

Method:

  1. Blend your fruit mix with yoghurt, baobab and sweetener (if used) and transfer to ice popsicle moulds.
  2. Put into a freezer for at least 3 hours. You can add chopped fruit to the mix as well for extra texture. Feel free to play around with flavours to find your favourite one.
  3. Using a banana will give a natural sweetness to your popsicles but if you decide to not use it, adding some sweetener such as coconut or agave syrup to your ice popsicles will give an added layer of sweetness if desired.

* to make your ice popsicles vegan, simply replace Greek style yoghurt with soya yoghurt alternative * our recommended fruit combinations are strawberry/banana and mango/peach
